By downloading or playing Drop Peak ("the app"), published by NextFly, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment on devices you own or control.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or exploit the app except as permitted by law, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

3. Purchases

Any optional in-app purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads") are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by the platform or applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Drop Peak, its name, logo, artwork, audio and code are the property of NextFly. Drop Peak is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other puzzle brand or trademark.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextFly is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
