Drop Peak — Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Drop Peak ("the app"), published by Pixhelm, you agree to these terms.

The Game is operated by Pixhelm LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389527, with its registered office at Suite 11114, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. These Terms are an agreement between you and Pixhelm LTD.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment on devices you own or control.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or exploit the app except as permitted by law, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

3. Purchases & refunds

Any optional in-app purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads") are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Where a purchase is offered on our website, it is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Digital content is delivered immediately and is generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by the platform or applicable law. 4. Intellectual property

Drop Peak, its name, logo, artwork, audio and code are the property of Pixhelm. Drop Peak is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other puzzle brand or trademark.

5. Apple App Store

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and Pixhelm only, not Apple; Pixhelm — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, or for any claims or losses relating to the app (including product-liability, legal/regulatory or consumer-protection claims) or any third-party intellectual-property claim; any eligible refund is handled by Apple.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list, and you will comply with applicable third-party (e.g. carrier / app store) terms.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixhelm is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
